What do you mean by "free delivery" or "free shipping"?

We provide a free UPS ground shipping for Continental US (excl. AK,HI).
Also we do not charge state sales tax (excluding MI).

Can I figure out shipping charges before I place my credit card information online?

Yes, you can. The shipping cost estimator located at most of the store's product pages.
The exact shipping charges may vary depend on shipping address, shipping company and type of delivery. For precise shipping quotes please call or email our customer service.
If you order items from the different vendors you may have to pay separate shipping charge.

What payment methods does VendingWorldMI.com accept?

VendingWorldMI.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders as well as wire transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before any shipment will be made.

How safe is it to use my credit card online?
VendingWorldMI.com uses the highest standards of encryption technology on our server to ensure that your personal information and credit card number is protected when it is sent to us over the Internet.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the US only. We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses.

 

 

VendingWorldMI.com - Return Policy

 

All products and subsequent accessories available at VendingWorldMI.com are new and factory sealed units.

Upon receiving the order, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items.

Please Note: Food items are non-returnable, including Teaposy teas. All sales on these perishable items are final.

Refunds and exchanges will be provided for nonperishable items that are returned to us within 7 business days after you have received the order.

We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).

To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of package receipt.

All returns must be pre-approved by VendingWorldMI.com.

Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the shipping address must be obtained from VendingWorldMI.com.

RMA are valid for a period of 5 business days. Do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package`s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.

If authorized, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.
All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
Return shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
VendingWorldMI.com has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return and credit of merchandise.

Exception.
There are no returns and no refunds for :

- Coffee products (ground coffee, beans or pods)
- All Gaggia products unless item is defective or under warranty terms.
- All commercial coffee/espresso machines and frothers.

 

Please note that special orders have no return policy.

A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.

The VendingWorldMI.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, VendingWorldMI.com will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges. Or if you paid by credit, you will be credited on your credit card.
